We always do a free consultation and sample treatment when you first come in. You are under no obligation to have an appointment on the first day, but most people choose to keep going with the first treatment to the end of the scheduled time. We begin charging after the sample treatment is finished and you are asked if you would like to continue.

  • Type 1 Hair: Scattered, finer hair
  • Type 2 Hair: Dense, coarse hair (If you have hair on your neck, your whole face will be considered Type 2)
  • Back and Chest: $105 per hour
  • “Bikini” Rate: $140 per hour, $2.33 per minute for appts over an hour
  • “In-between Legs” Rate: $210 per hour, $3.50 per minute for appts over an hour

Why do we charge more for Type 2 and body hair? This is because of the position that the electrologist has to be in while working in this area, it can be very hard on her back, neck and arms. Also, please use consideration when having work done on genitals and practice good hygiene immediately prior to your appointment. Using personal sanitary wipes is a great help.

No Call/No Show/Cancellation Policy
For a no call/no show you will be charged the full cost of the time you have reserved (eg. a one hour appointment – $85.00). This is because when you reserve a set amount of time, we are there waiting to serve you. When you do not show up we miss the opportunity to put someone else in that spot—and that person may desperately be trying to get into a busy appointment schedule. After three no call/no shows you will be asked to find a new electrologist. We require a 24-hour notice so someone else can be scheduled. It is a common courtesy to call and let us know if you can’t make it, or you will be late—we will do the same for you. Most electrologists will have the same policies so it is in your best interest to make sure and call.
